Appointment Help

All scheduled appointments are considered confirmed when scheduled. Any confirmation emails and text messages sent prior to your appointment are only reminders and help us know that you are aware of your scheduled appointment. Not responding to our double confirmation email or text messages does not cancel your appointment.

You must call or text us to change or cancel a scheduled appointment. All other forms of contact are not used for schedule changes.

Avoid Late Cancellation and No Show Charges

It's important for our customers to understand that it actually costs us money when you cancel or reschedule your appointment without plenty of notice. When this happens there is no opportunity for us to book another client into your empty appointment time. We end up paying your service provider and also loose the ability to service a paying customer.

A late cancellation is any appointment that is cancelled or rescheduled the same day of the appointment or the day prior to the appointment.

Late Cancellation Fee is 30% of your appointment and is automatically charged at the time of your cancelled appointment.

A No Show is any appointment that is missed without contacting us or cancelled during the appointment time or 30 Min. prior to your appointment time.

A No Show will be charged 100% of the appointment as your service provider will have already set up for your appointment.
